Social Analytics tools

One of my new years resolution is to be more knowledgeable about social analytics tools, SEO tracking, and social media tracking.  Will investigate these tools more closely:

Also, at the very least, set up and explore Google Alerts: monitor RSS news feeds for specific keywords.
