Hey Microsoft Office, thanks for the help… NOT!
It says “Please use the search box to tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to find an answer”. Do YOU see any *#%* search box? I don’t.
I can’t believe how many times a day I run into examples like this, not just Microsoft. Why do companies ignore the help pages? It is a frustrating user experience.
How do we convince the suits that we need development time allocated to help pages and the user experience? So often this is pushed aside, leaving users frustrated and unimpressed.
