About the Web Design

Usability Problem Solved
We used stock images for the callouts on the home page and I really liked how they looked but discovered a usability problem after launching. The callouts looked pretty, but they didn’t look clickable. How to keep the pretty images so carefully placed but still tell people they are buttons at the same time? I went back and added the triangle arrow to the callouts to give a visual clue that there is more information to be had.
